I have lost my theory driving test pass certificate, how can i get another copy?

If you lose your theory test certificate you can request another copy by email by sending your request, including your driving licence number, full name, address and postcode to [email protected]

Alternatively, you can request this by telephone on:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Please note that certificate details can only be requested by and provided to the candidate directly.
